West Carthage - Ann P. Warren, 73, of 817 Tamarack Drive, Apt. A, died Monday, March 28, 2016, in the Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.
Ann was born in Alexandria Bay on June 20, 1942, the daughter of the late Ralph R. and Mary F. Carpenter Philippi. She attended school in Alexandria Bay and Clayton. She later attended Broome College where she received her Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene. She worked as a dental hygienist and later became the sales manager for the Thousand Islands Club on Wellesley Island for many years. She was united in marriage to David E. Warren on January 18, 2013 in Watertown.
She is survived by her husband, David E. Warren of West Carthage, one daughter: Donna Forsythe of Watertown, two sons: Michael Jasensky of Torrington, CT and Mark Zimmer of Fulton, 5 Grandchildren, Brandon, Ashley, Markie, Korey and Riley. Her brother, John Philippi died previous.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Arrangements are with the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home, Carthage.
