David L. Morrow, 63 of 22130 CO. Rt. # 47, died Friday, December 23, 2016 at Lewis County General Hospital in Lowville.

David was born December 30, 1952 in Lowville, the son of William and Elizabeth (More) Morrow Sr. He was a graduate of Beaver River Central School. He married the former Mary Lou Marolf who passed away and then married Amy Branagan which ended in divorce. He later married the former Judy Lortie on June 24, 1999 in Long Pond. Judy died on August 13, 2016. David worked for the former James River Corp. in Carthage where he was a winder operator and worked in maintenance until the mill closed. He then was employed for the Baldwin Company in Carthage who maintained the 801 housing units.

He is survived by six sons: Jeffrey Morrow of Tucson, AZ, Lucas and Corey Morrow and Jacob and Shannon Morrow, all of Lowville, Lawrence and Dawn Johnson Jr. of Zolfo Springs, FL, Robert Johnson and Michael Nguyen of Crystal Cove, CA and Christopher Johnson of Watertown, one daughter: Melissa and Robert Markowski of Carthage, 13 Grandchildren, his parents; William and Elizabeth Morrow Sr. of Lowville, one sister: Mary Jane Carnie of Cazenovia, three brothers: William Morrow Jr. of Oneonta, Thomas Morrow of Norwich, CT and Eric Morrow of Hermon and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 30 from 4-7pm at the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home, 518 State Street in Carthage.

A graveside service will be held in Maple Hill Cemetery, Rutland in the Spring.
