Frances Marie Mikiel, 96 of 6602 Old State Road, mother of Lorraine E. Mosca with whom she lived, died Tuesday afternoon at the Lewis County Residential Health Care Facility in Lowville following a brief illness.
Funeral arrangements will be held privately by the family and are with the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home, Carthage.
