CARTHAGE - Frank Lee Clark, 75, of Carthage, died peacefully on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at his home.

Frank was born on December 15, 1949, in Watertown, NY, the son of the late Harold R. and Katherine (Files) Clark. He was a 1968 graduate of Carthage Central High School. He married Kristine A. (McMahon) on December 31, 1989, in Las Vegas, NV.

He served in the United States as a Navy 3rd Class, Petty Officer, from 1968-1972, including service in the Middle East. Frank became disabled in 1977. He was a member of the Croghan American Legion Post 1663 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) of Carthage. Frank enjoyed his classic antique cars, attending cruise ins, and was a member of Northern Cruisers and Highway Legends car clubs. He is a 2019 graduate of the Watertown Chapter of Guitars for Vets.

Frank was predeceased by his wife, Kristine and a sister, Cecilia Majo.  Frank is survived by his siblings: Ron Files (Great Bend), Oakley R. Clark (Watertown), Tillie Youngs (Clayton), Alice J. Busler (Watertown), Mary L. Richards (Watertown), Peggy A. Randall (Great Bend), and Betty J. Mooney (Enfield, CT). He is also survived by one stepdaughter and son-in-law, Jennifer M. and Craig Waite of Champion, two grandchildren, Andrew M. O'Connor and Kelsey Waite, and several nieces and nephews.

A Spring graveside service will be held at Felts Mills Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are in the care of the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home, Carthage.
