Judy A. Worley, 75, of 21376 Wrape Road, Carthage, died Sunday, May 12, 2024, at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown.

Judy was born on November 16,1948 in Massena, the daughter of the late William and Marie (Marlow) Beaudoin. She was educated in Massena.  She married James P. Worley on August 7, 1965, in Massena. James worked for the Carthage Central School District as a bus mechanic, and he passed away on November 26, 2017. Judy was a dispatcher for the Wilna-Champion Transportation Association for several years.

She was a member of the First Nazarene Church in Carthage. She enjoyed going to rummage sales, playing cards and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by two daughters: Kim M. Ferguson and Tammy L. Bebelheimer, both of Carthage, 6 Grandchildren. Her siblings, Sally, Rose, Diane, Jacqueline, Rick and David. She is predeceased by a daughter, LeAnn L. Locklear, a son: Michael E. Worley and her siblings, Janice, Nancy and Daniel.
