54 year wife, Mother of 3, Grandmother of 2, and Great Grandmother. Kathleen Irene Dayton was a Vietnam Veteran and 30 plus year civil service employee who was loved by all and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her Husband, Lonnie; Son, Jonathan; and Daughters, Christina and Theresa. Kathleen was 76.
Kathleen "Kathy" Dayton, born to Frank and Irene Tamweber on October 31st,1947 in the Bronx NY and joined both of her parents, younger brother Joseph "Joey" Tamweber and nephew Luke Arneson in heaven on August 30th, 2024. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Lonnie Dayton, her children and their families and her four siblings. Christina Mundy, daughter, her husband Wil, Joshua, her son, Summer, her step-daughter and her family. Jonathan Dayton, son, and his wife Lena. Theresa Goff and Robert, her son. Frank Tamweber and his family, Virginia Morales and her family, Patty Arneson and her family and Dennis Tamweber and his family. She served in the United States Air Force from 1967 until 1973, then went on to work as a Civilian Medical Clerk at Fort Drum for 27 years. During her years of service, she got to many places from Thailand to many States. She would often bring tokens/keepsakes back from her trips. She was a strong, intelligent, vibrant, loving woman who affected more people than she knew and will be greatly missed.
