Kevin H. Hadley, Sr.,62, of 32984 County Route 143, Town of Champion, passed away on Saturday morning, July 13,2024 at his home while under the care of his family and Hospice of Jefferson County.

Kevin was born on September 9,1961 in Carthage, the son of the late Roger and Kay (Sweitzer) Hadley. He was a 1980 graduate of Carthage Central High School.  He was united in marriage to Sandra L. Shampine on August 21,1982 at the Woolworth Memorial Methodist Church in Great Bend.  Kevin had an extensive career in the automotive sales industry. He retired as General Sales Manager of Fuccillo Ford Inc. of Adams after many years of employment.

Kevin really enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren. His love of gardening led to the birth of the couple's road side stand called White Creek Gardens where they sold all kinds of vegetables, sweet corn and pumpkins. He enjoyed nature and hunting was a passion.

He is survived by his wife: Sandra L. Hadley, one daughter and her husband: Jill and Alec Fraser of Harrisville, one son and his wife: Kevin and Hailee Hadley Jr. of Pulaski; five grandchildren; Kate Hadley, Henry Fraser, Evelyn Fraser, Myla Hadley and Quinn Hadley, two sisters and their husbands: Sherri and Rick Ginger of Black River and Sue and John Ashcraft of Champion, one brother and his wife: Roger and Penny Hadley of Champion, several nieces, nephews and cousins and his beloved dogs, Charlotte and Millie. He is predeceased by his parents, Roger and Kay Hadley and his sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Alan Sylver.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at the BPOE Elks Lodge # 1762 in Carthage on Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 1-5 pm. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are with the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home, Carthage. To leave a condolence, go to www.bezanillafh.com.
