Lonnie E. Dayton

Lonnie Dayton, age 78 years old, of Carthage, New York. Entered eternal rest May 15, 2026. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Kathleen Dayton, and his brothers, Charles and Jerry Dayton.

He is survived by his brother, Danny Dayton, and his children, Christina (Wil) Mundy, Jonathan (Lena) Dayton, and Theresa Goff, three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Lonnie was a proud Vietnam War Veteran serving in the United States Air Force. He loved debating, current events, politics, and religion.

Per Lonnie’s wishes, there will be no calling hours; his services will be held privately by his family.
