Deferiet - Lori Lynn Moseley, 49, of 16 Parker Ave., died Thursday evening, September 12, 2013, in the Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo where she has been a patient since February.

Lori was born in Watertown on July 26, 1964 the daughter of Kenneth and Linda Thomas Moseley. She was a 1982 graduate of Carthage Central High School. She later earned her Bachelor's Degree from SUNY Oswego and her Master's Degree from SUNY Potsdam. Lori has worked for the Carthage Central School District since 1995. She currently was a 2nd grade teacher at West Carthage Elementary School. She served on various committees and activities though out the school. She was previously married to Denis Rhubart.

Lori loved spending time with her family and friends, gardening and spending time at Lake Ontario.


She is survived by her two daughters: Bethany (Anthony) Hazard and their daughter Sydney of Watertown and Danielle Rhubart of State College, PA, her parents, Kenneth and Linda Moseley of Great Bend, two brothers: Scott (Lisa) Moseley of Cincinnatus and Kenneth Moseley Jr. of Great Bend and two nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. James Catholic Church with the Rev. George F. Maroun, Pastor officiating. Burial will be in the Brookside Cemetery, Watertown. Calling hours at the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home, Carthage will be on Monday from 3-7pm.
