CALCIUM- Mildred E. Boley, 104, of Calcium, NY, died peacefully on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Samaritan Summit Village in Watertown, NY.

Born on October 29, 1921, in Sayreville, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late William R. and Dorothy (Guertler) Grover. Mildred attended Sayreville schools and Drakes Business School, she worked as a secretary for over 40 years at Manpower Insurance in NJ, retiring in 1980.

She married the late Raymond Boley, her and Ray were avid travelers traveling to Europe, Morocco, Spain and many places including the Southern US. She also loved to play cards. She was a lifetime member of the First Presbyterian Church of Sayreville, American Legion Auxiliary, and the Sayreville Historical Society.

Mildred is survived by a sister, Carol Hoyda, Fords, NJ; one granddaughter, Liza A. Grover of Calcium; one grandson, Michael J. (Nancy) Grover, of Sussex, Wisconsin; along with many great-grandchildren, Kyle Grover, Alexandria, Virginia; Whitney Grover, Liverpool, NY; Meeyah Grover, Baldwinsville, NY; 2 nieces, Lori Amadi, Delaware; and Christine Matuchek, North Carolina.

Her parents predeceased her, along with her husband, Raymond; a son, Ronald J. Grover; a brother, Herbert Grover;  a sister, Edwina Matuchek, a grandson, Daniel "Danny" J. Grover; and a daughter-in-law, Barbara A. Grover.

A Spring graveside service will be held in New Jersey. There will be no calling hours.
