West Carthage - Molly Elizabeth Keogh, 38, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014, in the Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.

Molly was born in Watertown on April 12, 1976, the daughter of Patrick J. and Gay R. Roberts Keogh. She attended schools in Carthage and Watertown and was a graduate of the BOCES program at Starbuck School in Watertown. She has resided at the Jefferson Rehabilitation Center in Watertown for several years.


Molly started each day with a smile and that smile was infectious to all that were around her. She also enjoyed listening to music.

She is survived by her parents, Patrick and Gay Keogh of West Carthage two sisters: Mrs. Warren (Maureen) S. David of Carthage and Mrs. Christopher (Tara) K. Lyons of Northglenn, CO, one brother: Dennis E. (Nancy) Keogh of Vernon Hills, IL, her Maternal Grandmother, Maude Roberts of Tucson, AZ and several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. She was an aunt to 7 nieces and nephews

Molly's family would like to thank all the staff at Samaritan Medical Center and the staff at JRC, especially the ICF 3.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd at 11:00 AM at St. James Catholic Church with the Rev. George F. Maroun, Pastor officiating. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery in the Spring. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 10:00am-11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to establish a scholarship for students at Augustinian Academy. Donations may be sent to the Molly Elizabeth Keogh Scholarship Fund in c/o MaryAnn Yuhas, Pine Drive, Carthage, NY 13619.
