Pauline M. Dionne, 93, formerly of Franklin Street, West Carthage, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 28, 2026, at the Oneida Extended Care Facility.

Born on January 1, 1933, in West Carthage, to the late Howard and Gladys (DeLosh) Stevens, Pauline was a 1950 graduate of West Carthage High School. On March 9, 1952, she married Robert F. Dionne at St. James Catholic Church in Carthage.

A dedicated homemaker, Pauline (Polly) is survived by her children: Roxanne (Jon) Leonard, Prescott AZ; Michael (Lynne) Dionne, Canastota NY; Robert (Lisa) Dionne, Ormond Beach FL; and Cassandra (Keith) Meyers, Palm Coast FL; as well as seven grandchildren, Zachary & Alexis Leonard, Christopher & Brian Dionne, Lachlan & Kevin Dionne, and Kerry Meyers, and four great grandchildren.

She was an avid bowler and a longtime member of the ladies’ league. Pauline also loved to crochet, make crafts, and shop. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert (Buck), who passed away on September 12, 2000.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow and she will be laid to rest in the New St. James Cemetery in Carthage.
