Obituary
Natural Bridge - Timothy S. Bush, 75, formerly of Beartown, died Monday morning, August 10, 2015, in the Skilled Nursing Unit of the Carthage Area Hospital where he has resided since January of 2012.
Tim was born in Carthage on December 20, 1939, the son of the late Donald and Ellen Smith Bush. He attended local schools. His last occupation was with the Department of Environmental Conservation at the former Fish Hatchery in Cape Vincent. His longtime companion, Nellie Sanders died several years ago. He married the former Patricia A. Wilton Furney on June 20, 1987.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Bush of 222 State St. in Carthage, one sister and her husband: Joellen and Victor Hale of Canandaigua, two step sons, Donald (Barb) Furney of Natural Bridge and Sidney (Henry) Furney of Phoenix, AZ; and his niece and her husband, Leslie and Ryan Mast of Canandaigua.
In keeping with his wishes there will be no calling hours. The services will be private and his body will be cremated.
Arrangements are with the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home, Carthage.
