West Carthage- Todd Fuentes, 55, of Main Street, a cherished son, brother, husband, father, step-father, grandfather, and friend. He tragically passed away early morning on Monday, March 31, 2025, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

There are no services scheduled for Todd at this time, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

He was born on November 12, 1969, in Rochester, New York to the late Henry Guzman and Mary Ellen Sargent. Todd graduated high school and served proudly in the United States Marine Corps. He was a very talented self-employed carpenter. He Married Andrea L. Smithers.

Todd is survived by his wife Andrea Fuentes, Carthage; his stepdaughters, Felicia A. (Smithers) Genter; Coral L. (Smithers) Jacobson and her husband Christopher, his stepsons, Austin R. Smithers, Dillion J. Craig-Smithers, his grandchildren, Raelynn Smithers, Matthew Genter, and Landon Genter. He is also survived by a son, Bailey Phelps, a brother, Mark Fuentes, a sister Robin Hill and several special cousins.

He is predeceased by his mother-in-law, Sabina May (Burnside) Smithers who died on December 2, 2023; and a father-in-law Donald M. Smithers who died on May 27, 2018, and his sisters Cynthina (Cindy) Starks and Bonnie.

Todd will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
